Restorative Yoga
Restore energy and release stress connecting with your body through supported yoga stretches, breath awareness and relaxation. This healing class is perfect for seniors, those who suffer from injury or have health concerns and anyone who just needs to mellow out and unwind.
Hatha Basics
This yoga class is designed for beginners and students new to yoga. You will become familiar with how yoga works through standard postures, gentle breathing techniques and simple meditations. This is a fundamental class that will set a firm foundation for a committed yoga practice.
Hatha Flow
Expand yourself into a deeper practice of meditation in motion. Prepare to be energized by continual movement through the Sun Salutations. This is a powerful and challenging yoga class. VINYASA FLOW LEVEL 1/2 IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS.
Pilates Method/Yoga
Elongate your muscles and strengthen them while they are as long as they
can be. Emphasis is placed on the muscles that support your posture:
hips, low back and abdominals. For new and continuing students.
All Levels Yoga
Work at your own strength and flexibility level with the guidance of one
of our certified Yoga Teachers. Spontaneous, fun, warm and filled
with the energy of love.
Essential Core Yoga
Go from flabby to fabulous: this class focuses on strengthening from the
inside out partcularly in the abdominal region to create a healthy
lower spine and confident body image. It will include basic yoga
and core work along with breath control to access deep focused mindfulness
in the body to prepare for tackling the obstacles to well-being
and positive self-image. A class for all shapes, sizes, ages and
yoga or pilates students looking to improve muscle tone and compassionately
reduce flab zones. Please bring a small towel.
Yoga du jour
Please join a different yoga teacher each week for TGIF yoga. Different
styles of yoga will be taught each week ranging from Restorative
Yoga to All Levels Yoga. Come relax after a long work week or join
us for an uplifting class to start the weekend. A great way to get
your weekend off to a good start!

Qi (energy) movements to restore, strengthen, and aid in flexibility
and balance.
